The reasons for having Human Resources in place are to create systems that are good for both staff and the businesses. Staff members get to understand the pride you have in our farms and learn they are responsible for your assets.
My aim is to help farms be more profitable, efficient and effective.
Farming People often work long hours and need a meal plan with healthy food to keep them energised for the farming task. At certain times of the year, meals are often eaten ‘on the go’. We also need to look after their psychological safety. Work with me on how we can achieve your farm safety goals for the team to strive for.
