Accommodation - Inspections & Grounds Maintenance
Ongoing inspections for the share-farmer and staff homes are often overlooked, leading to issues down the track.
We can provide these services to match the house inspection requirements for your insurer. We provide pre- and post-house inspections and offer quarterly inspections during their tenancy.
Pricing
- $100 for one dwelling,
- $160 for two,
- $210 for three houses,
- plus $40 per additional dwelling.
We offer further services – Lawn mowing, tree trimming and water blasting house.
On Farm Training
Farm training is essential for your team. They must attend annual tailor-made courses focusing on health and safety compliance and practical skills to stay updated with regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all.

Farming Policies and Procedures
Do you need on-farm policies, or do you need to update your on-farm policies to ensure they are up to industry standards? I have a great list of policies!
$250 per policy – we can provide a set of six policies for $1250 (excluding Health & Safety and wellbeing policy)
