In case we anticipate that you may need more time than what is allotted in each package, we will communicate this to you beforehand to avoid any surprises.

Up Keep of Farm Accommodation
Ongoing inspections for the share-farmer and staff homes are often overlooked, leading to issues down the track.
We can provide these services to match the house inspection requirements for your insurer. We provide pre- and post-house inspections and offer quarterly inspections during their tenancy.
Pricing
- $100 for one dwelling,
- $160 for two,
- $210 for three houses,
- plus $40 per additional dwelling.
We offer further services – Lawn mowing, tree trimming and water blasting house.

This is a per hour milk rate. Price is exclusive of GST. Plus travel over 20kms charge at current tier 1 rate on IRD.
Relief milking only

This is a per hour rate. Price excludes GST. Milking, Shed set up, plant and Vat wash, stock movement. Other general duties. Maximum of 3 hours per milking, Then hourly rate of $35. Plus travel over 20kms charge at current tier 1 rate on IRD.
Sole Charge

Full sole charge and farm sitting.
Farm Sitting

Prices start at $100 for one dwelling, $160 for two, $210 for three, plus $40 per additional dwellings on the same farm.
