This package is best suited for those who have a challenging time letting go of things that have gotten to the point where their home is inhabitable or is getting to that point.

We are here to support you and your family through the process of decluttering and cleaning your space.

What’s Included

The collector’s package includes our team coming through and sorting through all your belongings, ensuring we do not remove anything sentimental and making your home liveable again. We have a Life coach who can attend to help you through this tough time.

MOVING ON PACKAGE

With our moving-on package, we will remove the stress of clearing your loved one’s homes when they have passed on or are moving into an assisted living facility.

What’s Included

The moving-on package includes clearing out loved ones’ homes, sorting through everything, and putting aside things we think could be sentimental. We will follow the family’s lead on what they would like to be done.

END OF TENANCY PACKAGES

This package is best suited for Tenants who need a hand to ensure they are to reasonable standard when you move out. Landlords and real estate agents whose tenants abandon their tenancy or move out without cleaning up.

What’s Included

The interior of the property is fully cleared of belongings, and it is deep cleaned, and ready for the next tenants to move in.

Accommodation - Inspections

Ongoing inspections for the Landlord are often overlooked, leading to issues down the track.

We can provide these services to match the house inspection requirements for your insurer. We provide pre- and post-house inspections and offer quarterly inspections during their tenancy. These prices are excluding GST.

Pricing

  • $100 for one dwelling,
  • $160 for two,
  • $210 for three houses,
  • plus $40 per additional dwelling. 

We offer further services – Lawn mowing, tree trimming and water blasting house.
