Jessica’s Role – Director of Reset and Shine

At Reset and Shine, our mission is to create healthier and more manageable living environments for individuals who may struggle with maintaining their homes due to physical or mental health issues. As an experienced support worker, I have witnessed firsthand the significant impact a clean and organised space can have on a person’s overall well-being. 

Through my work, I have observed a critical gap in support services for individuals with disabilities, particularly in home cleaning and organisation. Many clients find their living situations overwhelming, leading to unhealthy environments that can exacerbate their mental health challenges. There is a pressing need for dedicated services that assist with cleaning and empower clients to regain control over their living spaces.

Jessica is a passionate professional with four years of experience in Health care.

Jessica’s Role 

1. Home Cleaning: Comprehensive cleaning services tailored to the specific needs of clients, ensuring a hygienic and safe living environment.

2. Organisational Support: Assistance with decluttering and organising spaces to create a more functional and accessible home.

3. Personalised Care Plans: Development of individualised care plans around cleaning that consider the unique circumstances and challenges faced by each client.

4. Ongoing Support: Regular follow-up visits to maintain cleanliness and organisation, providing clients with continuous support and encouragement.
